This action is permanent
When you delete your account, your analyses, saved ECG images, consent history, profile information, and unused credits are deleted and can no longer be accessed through your account.
Limited records required for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations may be retained for the periods and purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Non-reversible technical markers cannot later be associated with your account.
In the app
Open Settings → Delete account, confirm the warning, then follow sign-in verification if requested.
Without access to the app
Send your deletion request from the email address associated with your account to support@ecgbrief.com.
For your security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the deletion.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To prevent future renewals, you must separately cancel it through the store account used for the purchase.
